About Olivier Rouiller

Hi, I'm Olivier.

For about ten years, mindfulness, embodiment and personal transformation have been at the centre of my life. The thread running through my path is a very personal question: what gets in the way of real, authentic relationships? It led me to study attachment, complex trauma and shame, and to train in body-centred approaches.

A path across countries

I was born in France and lived for fifteen years elsewhere in Europe, mainly in Germany and Sweden. That gave me a multicultural lens: I've seen how much culture shapes our behaviour, our relational patterns and our wounds. I bring this sensitivity to expats and people who live between languages and countries.

For ten years I worked as a software engineer in the video game industry. I now live in Strasbourg, France, where I study psychology at the University of Strasbourg with the aim of becoming a psychologist. Alongside my studies, I work as a somatic practitioner.

Outside sessions, I love movement, dance, and somatic and relational practices.
