- when you email me: your email address and the content of your message;
- when you book an appointment: name, email address, preferred language, chosen time slot and, where applicable, payment data (processed directly by the payment provider: I have no access to your bank details);
- if you sign up for workshop updates: your email address.
Purposes and legal bases:
- answering your requests and organising appointments: pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract;
- invoicing: legal obligation;
- workshop updates: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients and processors: Cal.com, Inc. (booking), Stripe (payment), Google (email), GitHub (hosting). Some are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention periods:
- contact requests without follow-up: 1 year;
- appointment data: 3 years after the last contact;
- invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation);
- workshop list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to o.rouiller@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Session data: what you share in sessions is confidential. Any session notes are stored securely and never shared with third parties.

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It sets no cookies requiring consent and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Booking links take you to the booking provider's website, which applies its own cookie policy.
